In these times, we all know
Montmartre as a center for artists and art "movements"
at the end of the 20th century. As well as reflecting on the immediate
life of the area the geniuses of the artistic revolution depicted
a new mood, attitude, and and view of the world. Van Gogh, Renoir,
Lautrec, Degas, Modigliani, and Picasso are all associated with
this special place where today's artists still gather to create,
communicate, and celebrate.
